You can do so in a few easy steps
STEP 1 | SHOPPING CART
Just go straight to our online catalogue and choose the items you'd like to purchase but before clicking the "ADD TO CART" or "BUY NOW" buttons make sure you've chosen the right product variant, such as:
When you're ready, proceed to "SHOPPING CART"
STEP 2 | CHECKOUT
Not to worry if you've changed your mind or haven't selected the right product variant at STEP 1 because at this stage you can also modify your order. For example, in "Shopping cart" you can do the following:
- Change product variant
- Delete unwanted items
When you feel you're happy with all the items of your order, proceed to "Checkout".
STEP 3 | DELIVERY OPTION
You will notice that the "Courier delivery" is selected by default but if you want to pick up your order from our farm in Zoopigi Village please select "Local pick up" option and click “Next”.
We currently deliver within the Limassol area only but are willing to expand the coverage in the future. The current delivery fees are as follows:
- 2.00 EUR for delivery within Amonias-A1-Germasogeia.
- 3.00 EUR for delivery beyond Amonias-A1-Germasogeia with a maximum radius of 10 kilometres.
Please note that we offer a FREE DELIVERY for orders over 25EUR within Limassol city areas: Amonias-A1-Germasogeia with a maximum radius of 10 kilometres.
Don't forget to use "Back" button if you've changed your mind.
STEP 4 | PAYMENT OPTION
There are two methods of payment for our products:
- by "Card" or;
- by "Cash".
Although the "Card Payment" is pre-selected by default you can choose "Cash" method if you prefer paying by cash on delivery.
If your prefer card payment, please note that as we're still developing our website card payment methods are so far limited to the Bank of Cyprus Quick Pay*and "Revolut* but all other methods will be available in the near future.
- The Bank of Cyprus Quick Pay* -Please use following mobile number to pay via the Bank of Cyprus Quick Pay: +357-95544908
- Revolut -*Please use the following username to pay via Revolut: @veranicy4
Please enter "Coupon" if applicable and click “Next”. Don't forget to use "Back" button if you've changed your mind.
STEP 5 | CUSTOMER DETAILS
Please enter your details, such as:
- * Full name
- * Phone
- * Shipping address
- * Post code
You can use "Special instructions" field if required. For example, here you can enter the following instructions:
- "Knock harder” or;
- "Do NOT knock! Call instead".
It would be extremely useful to enter "Exact location" point on the map in case the above address is incorrect and click “Checkout”.
STEP 6 | ORDER CONFIRMATION
You‘ll see the confirmation notification on your screen saying that the order has been received but before clicking onto personal account, please check your email inbox for instructions on how to create password and enter your personal area if you‘d like to modify or cancel your order after the purchase as you won't be able to use "Back" button any longer.
STEP 7 | REGISTRATION
In order to Login to your Personal Area please follow the instructions we've sent via email on how to complete registration to be able to "Track" or "Cancel" your orders as otherwise it will not be possible to do so because you won't be able to login. If any questions - please contact us.
